We don’t complete:
- Signature for Passports or driving licences.
- Fitness to travel.
- Fitness to participate to attend (i.e Skydiving, University, Court).
- Character references.
- Lasting Power of Attorney (LPOA), Court of protection (COP3).
- Assessment of capacity.
- Disabled blue badge (refer to social prescribers).
- Occupational Health Reports.
- Attendance allowance forms.
