We know that booking appointments has been a challenge for many of our patients, and we’ve listened to your feedback.
To help improve access and meet growing NHS demand, we are now using Rapid Health, an NHS-approved, AI-powered triage tool that helps you get the care you need more quickly and easily.
What is Rapid Health?
Rapid Health is a digital triage system that allows you to:
- Book appointments more efficiently
- Get matched with the right clinician the first time
- Access urgent care faster, when needed
How it works
- Complete a short online questionnaire about your symptoms or health concern.
- Your responses are assessed to ensure you’re directed to the most appropriate clinician for your needs.
- If an urgent appointment is required, you may be able to book it immediately online or your request will be flagged to our team for same-day care.
Why we’re using Rapid Health
- More choice and availability for patients
- Reduced waiting times
- Improved access to the right care at the right time
We are committed to improving your experience with us and thank you for your continued support as we make these changes.
