Important Update: We’re Introducing a New Way to Access Our Services – Rapid Health
From Monday 21st July, our practice will be switching to a new system for accessing appointments and services: Rapid Health.
What is Rapid Health?
Rapid Health is an online platform that allows patients to book appointments without needing to phone the practice. When using the system, you’ll be asked a series of questions about your issue. Based on your responses, the system will offer you available appointments with the most appropriate clinician(s) within a timeframe that reflects your clinical need.
Why are we making this change?
This new approach will help:
- Reduce waiting times, particularly for urgent medical issues.
- Ensure you see the most appropriate member of the team for your condition.
- Avoid the 8am and 2pm rush and long telephone queues.
More than just appointments
The platform also enables patients to:
- Submit admin requests (e.g. sick/fit notes, doctor’s letters, and more)
- Access trusted self-care information for a wide range of symptoms and health conditions
