Rosebank Health is continuing with Covid vaccinations at Rosebank Surgery from Thursday 31st December. We will do this in partnership with other local practices and other local agencies many of whom have volunteered to help. Rosebank Surgery will therefore be closing temporarily to accommodate the community vaccination centre on Thursday 31st December, Wednesday 6th January, Thursday 7th January, Friday 8th January.
Initially, as per national guidance, we will be inviting the over 80 year olds and then over the following weeks younger and younger age groups. This process will continue for several months until all patients over 50 years or those deemed to be at risk have been offered vaccination. For more guidance please see national websites.
Rosebank Health will continue to do our level best to ensure service continuity for all of our patients across our three other sites, Kingsway Health Centre, Severnvale and Bartongate Surgery as we embark on this important vaccination programme to protect our most vulnerable patients. During the Covid 19 vaccination clinics we will continue to provide urgent medical advice and care for our patients and an appointment system remains in place. If you need to contact the practice, please use our e-Consult facility via our website or call the surgery on 01452 543000 (Rosebank Health) or 01452 422944 (Bartongate Surgery). Your request will be initially triaged to ensure you speak to the right person, a clinician will then be in contact via a telephone or video consultation. Face to face appointments will still be available where a medical need is identified.
Please try and avoid phoning the practice regarding Covid Vaccination. We will contact you when you become eligible for a vaccination.
We thank you for your support and patience during this very challenging time. Our practice staff our doing their very best to provide the highest standards of day to day medical care for our patients, whilst supporting vital public health vaccination programmes.
