Telephone Enquiries

Please can our patients be mindful the surgery is currently receiving an overwhelming volume of telephone enquiries, and we are also working with a reduce workforce due to staff sickness and staff isolation. We apologise in advance for delays you may experience whilst waiting for your call to be answered.

For all urgent care, GP and physiotherapy appointments, you can submit an eConsult via the main page of our website. For clinically urgent requests you will be contacted as soon as possible, for everything else you will receive a response from the surgery to your eConsult by 6:30pm the next working day.

To ensure that patients benefit from quick access to help if needed via the telephone, please also use our website and eConsult for prescription enquiries, test results, or routine matters.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
