Afternoon Surgery Closure on Thursday 7th November

The surgery will be closed for Protected Learning Time on Thursday 7th November from 1pm and will reopen at 8am on Friday 8th November.

Patients can access to self-help and pharmacy via The NHS website – NHS (www.nhs.uk).

If you require urgent medical assistance that cannot wait until our surgery re-opens please contact NHS 111.

To ensure that patients benefit from quick access to help, please do not use this number for prescriptions, test results, or routine matters.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

The approximate time it takes for test results to be received back in surgery is as follows:

If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:

in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
in your SystmOnline Patient Services account
phone us on 01452 543 000 or visit us between 10am to 4pm and we will tell you what the results are
