Easy Read Information
We can provide Easy Read information to help make health information easier to understand. Easy Read uses simple language, short sentences and clear pictures or symbols to explain information, making it more accessible for people with a learning disability, autism, cognitive impairment, or anyone who finds standard written information difficult to understand.
